Farm Family 2014!

Today Jett Family Farms was named Clay County Farm Family of the year!! I'm so honored and blessed to be a part of this family!! I'm so proud of all of the guys who work so hard every day and for Lisa, Renee, and Nanaw who keep things in line and running daily!! Today was a great celebration of all of the Jett's and the employees and all their hard work and dedication to farming! As Andy's wife and the mother of two boys, I'm so thankful for what Andy's grandparents started here and what his parents have made this farm into for Andy and Logan and hopefully one day our boys!! You will probably not find anyone who loves farming anymore than Andy does so I'm so thankful to have had this opportunity and to be able to live on the farm and live the farm life that we live!!! It has it's ups and downs, but at the end of every day, we are blessed!!! This is my favorite time of the year on the farm....nightly rides around the farm, checking water, listening to power units run pumps, crickets chirping, and fireflies in the air! I love it and can't imagine life any other way! Farm living is definitely the life for me!! So thankful for everyone who worked so hard to make today a success, and so honored by everyone who came out to celebrate!!! I'm one tired girl tonight but it sure was all worth it, especially to hear Andy say "Thank You so much for all you did to make this day so nice!"
