My little man!!!

Despite not feeling well tonight, I still managed to get several smiles out of this sweet boy!!!! I love him more than words!! Hoping and praying he is feeling better soon!!!!

The one with new glasses!

Today Jackson got his new glasses!! He's done really well with them this afternoon and tonight!! His biggest problem right now is that he touches them and gets fingerprints and then needs to clean them!! The patch that he has to wear each day wasn't as much fun, but we will get there!!! I'm going to do everything I can do to help him!!! Please just say a prayer that this will be an easy transition!!












Poor Easton isn't feeling well and had to go to the doctor today too!! He has an ear infection and although he tested negative for the flu, she said he still may be getting it with all his signs and symptoms! He is on antibiotics for the ear infection so I am praying he will be better soon!!!! I don't like having sick babies!!! Although he's not himself today, he and Jackson still had fun playing in the floor tonight with the blocks!

Hump Day!!

Happy Hump Day!!!!

Here are a few pictures I took Tuesday night of the boys with Papa!! He was getting ready to head to Jonesboro Wednesday morning for a PET scan and then on to UAMS in Little Rock!!! He sure loves my boys and they sure love him!!! We are praying he gets some answers and is well and back home in no time!!!











The boys at the office!!! Since Jackson still isn't 100% he spent the day at the office with Nay and Mona!!! I got this picture middle of the day and they both look pretty happy to me!!


Jackson had to go with daddy to check out the new duck blinds for next year!

Then he escaped over to Jackson's plate and had a few French fries!








Jackson was playing ball and told Easton that it was fine if he had some fries because he was done with them!!!!! So glad this big boy is feeling better tonight!!! Best night he's had in a while!

We had a big time playing ball tonight!!! Jackson, Easton, and I played ball in the living room floor for over an hour!!

I know I'm scary here but this was right after my bath and right before theirs!!! I cherish this snuggle time with both boys in my lap before bed(really any time!!!) we have lap time every night before bed!!

Well...we just thought

We were getting over the sickness!! Jackson started running fever again Sunday and really started feeling bad again! Sunday night was terrible...he's fever got up over 103 during the night and coughing terribly...he and I sat in the car and watched cartoons under the heated blanket most of the night due to his chills and the fact that he would doze off then start coughing!!! We went to the Children's Clinic first thing Monday morning and they told us that he didn't have pneumonia(thank goodness!!!!!) but that he possibly was relapsing from the flu or even catching another strand of the flu! Since he has just been treated for the flu(you can't take tamiflu but once a season??) they put him on cough meds and said to continue meds for fever, so here we are!! He slept all afternoon and has just sat around tonight! He won't eat but has been drinking quiet a bit so we are ok with that!! The cough medicine is terrible and made him throw up everywhere so now we are back to hating our meds!!! (We had just gotten brave and quick with them😢) Anyways, this too shall pass! I'm just ready for my sweet boy to feel better!!!!!

He has spent the majority of his time in bed, on the couch, in the chair, or in my lap under my heated blanket!!!





Thankfully Easton is still doing well and hasn't gotten sick! Praying so, so hard that he doesn't!!! He's such a fun, sweet little guy!! He wants his Bubby to get well soon too!

Helping me fold clothes tonight!! I wish it was as much fun for me as it is for him!!!





Everyone please say a special prayer for Papa!!! He is sick and isn't feeling very well!! He was put in the hospital yesterday and has several tests coming up this week! Please pray for him!!! He is so very special to us and we want him home and well!!!

Happy 10 months!!

Easton turned 10 months old this month!!! It's so hard to believe he is already this old!! These past ten months have been the best of my life with these two boys....they complete me! They bring me more joy than I ever imagined possible!! I honestly love every minute with them, the good and the bad and look forward to every new memory that is to be made!!!

Easton at 10 months:
-drinking from a sippy cup really well
-starting to eat real foods
-likes eating things he can pick up on his own
-puts EVERYTHING in his mouth
-is into everything
-will stand for short periods without holding on to anything
-wants to talk: babbles all the time
-says mama, dada, bye, and a few other things now and then
-loves Itsy Bitsy Spider and Patty Cake
-loves chewing on mommy's phone
-has starting watching Mickey Mouse
-LOVES playing with his big brother
-loves ice
-sleeps in his baby bed beside mommy all night
-loves taking a bath
-has 3 teeth
-wears mostly 18 month clothes
-size 3 diapers
-loves pulling straws out of cups
-is a very sweet and happy baby
-is a very good boy


























































Jackson is 3 years and 11 months old and that is even harder to believe!! He is about to be 4 years old!!!!! He is such a blessing to us and is a wonderful son and big brother!!
Jackson at almost 4 (I will probably do this again at 4!😉):
-goes to Noah's Ark and LOVES it!!!
-is learning leaps and bounds daily
-weighs 40.1 lbs and is 39 1/2 in. tall
-still sleeps with mommy and daddy!
-loves super heroes, lightning, ninja turtles
-likes watching Disney movies and any cartoons
-enjoys going to the movie theater (he's seen Frozen and The Nut Job) and eating blue icee and popcorn!
-loves playing with all his toys, especially switch and go Dino's
-loves playing with his little brother!
-has just discovered Legos and loves them!
-likes playing iPad games
-likes singing and telling jokes
-loves "visiting" with people and loves his friends
-likes going places
-loves pizza (sausage is still his favorite but he has eaten cheese and pepperoni) Mexican, grilled cheese sandwiches, happy meal chicken nuggets, milk, carrots, sweet tea, juice, brownies, fruit snacks, and breakfast bars
-says the sweetest things that melt my heart daily!!!

We had so much fun tonight playing with Jackson's Lego set!!!!





















Then Easton and I had to move to play on the barn so Jackson could do some serious Lego building!!!








I love these boys with all my heart!!! They are my world!
