On the Farm

Farming is busy, busy right now so Jackson has had to get out and do his part too!!! Yesterday, we had to take Pa a snack on the tractor and had time to sneek in a picture!!

First Tractor Ride

Well it's official! Jackson is officially a farmer now! Yesterday he had his first tractor ride with Daddy!!! It wasn't planned so the pictures are from Mommy's phone and aren't the best :( I am not sure who enjoyed it more...Jackson or Daddy!!!! They were planting rice on the tractor listening to the Cubs on the radio!! They both LOVED it!!!

Walking in Memphis

Last Saturday Jackson and Mommy went to Marion to see Nana and Pops while Daddy was working. After we got there Uncle Landon, Brittany, and Mrs. Janie came too! We ended up going to Memphis and had so much fun!!! Jackson has his first trip to the mall and loved it!! Uncle Landon was so excited to get to stroll him around!! Oh...and Uncle Landon was also playing dress up with Jackson! hehe :)

Last week Jackson got to go to Nanaw and Papa's and play for a little while while Mommy worked on school work!

The Day of the Great, Great Uncles!

Today Jackson had some very special visitors! First, Jackson's Great, Great Uncle Mac came over to visit us and see Jackson, and while he was here there was a knock at the door and it was Jackson's other Great, Great Uncle Bill!! We were so glad to see them and so glad they came to visit!! After they left, Jackson and Mommy just played and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon. We watched our new Baby Genius movie, Nursery Rhymes, and we read one of our new favorite books, The Berenstain Bears Say Their Prayers! As always, we had such a wonderful day!!!!! Daddy is working late so Jackson had to rest up today to get to play with him when he gets out of the field from planting rice!
We also received news that our friend Donna Kay will be having baby Bronson tomorrow! Jackson can't wait to meet him and all of his other new friends!!! His friend Mattlee Brooks was born Tuesday and Bronson's cousin, Caden, was born a few weeks ago! Lindsey will be having Baby Cason on April 23rd, Jackson's 2 month birthday!! Jackson definitely is going to have lots and lots of friends and buddies :) We can't wait until he gets to meet them all!!!

Today we didn't do much!! Jackson played this morning while Mommy worked on homework and Daddy was at work! Jackson had some visitors this morning...Aunt Donna, Aunt Alma, Gram, and Papa came by to see us! Mommy's camera was dead (I know that is hard to believe!! :) ) so we only have one picture from the day!

Happy 6 Week Birthday Jackson!!

Tuesday, April 6th was Jackson's 6 week Birthday!! It is so hard to believe that it has already been 6 weeks!!! The absolute most wonderful 6 weeks of our lives!!!!! We ask ourselves all the time, "What did we do before we had Jackson?" Being a Mommy and Daddy is wonderful!!!! Mommy had to go to the doctor Tuesday so Jackson spent the day at the office!! He really enjoyed getting to go to work and getting to play with everyone!!!
Sally came to visit Jackson and brought him such a cute little Easter present! Thank you Sally!!!!!

A few Days Behind...

So I am a few days behind on posting so I have to catch up!! The pictures below are from Monday, April 5th. Jackson and Mommy spent the day at home relaxing after our busy Easter weekend!! Mommy really enjoys these days when we can just be at home and play and do nothing :)

Happy Easter Everyone!!! We hope you all had a wonderful Easter!! We had the most wonderful day!! This was Jackson's first Easter and first holiday so it was so much fun for us, especially for Mommy!!! We had all of our family at our house for Easter and enjoyed it dearly!!! Wish we could have gotten a picture of everyone at some point in the day, but below are just a few Easter pictures!

What a Weekend!!

What a weekend!!! We had a very busy weekend this weekend! Mommy and Jackson went to Marion and spent the weekend with Nana and Pops! Jackson had lots and lots of visitors while we were there! We also went to a shower for Baby Cason, went to see Dusty, Laura, and Miss Kennedy's new house, and Mommy went to Raleigh's bridesmaid luncheon while Jackson stayed with Nana and Pops! We had Easter with the Jetts Saturday in Walnut Ridge and then went back home to get ready for the Easter bunny and Easter at our house Sunday!!!

Rhealee couldn't wait to get to hold Jackson Hyle Jett!!!! As soon as we got there she said, "Blayne, I think he wants me now!" So cute!!!

It's farming time again!! Wednesday Daddy started farming again so Jackson is here for his first crop!! Below is a picture of Andy planting rice in the field behind our house! Jackson sat in his chair and watched out the window for almost an hour!!! He can't wait to be out there on the tractor with Daddy!!
